Brick Oven Pizzeria — Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Pizza for all.

Macoletta brings great food, great drinks and great people together — around a wood-fired brick oven on North 9th Street.

The Craft

From hand to fire

Every pie at Macoletta passes through the same four hands-on moments — dough, toppings laid piece by piece, live flame, and a wooden paddle straight to your table.

01 Hands kneading fresh pizza dough on a floured counter

The Dough

It starts with dough worked by hand — pressed, folded and stretched until it is ready for the flame.

The Build

Toppings go on one by one, by hand — the way you see it happen in our kitchen videos.

The Fire

The brick oven does the talking — live flame, real char, that leopard-spotted crust.

Our Story

Born from a childhood dream

"A pizza restaurant born from an Algerian childhood dream."

That is how the Macoletta story began in Astoria, Queens — a dream of bringing people together around real, fire-baked pizza. The dream grew, crossed the river, and lit a second oven here in Williamsburg.

Two ovens, one family: our sister kitchen @macolettaastoria keeps the fire burning in Queens, while North 9th Street is where Brooklyn gathers.

Great People Together

More than pizza night

Scroll our highlights and you will see it — customer love, pizza classes, happy hours, a first anniversary. The oven is just where it starts.

Customer Love

The wall of smiles in our highlights is real — regulars, first-timers and everyone in between.

Pizza Class

Hands in the flour, pie in the oven. Classes are announced on our Instagram — grab a spot when they drop.

Happy Hour

Great drinks are half the promise. Come thirsty — the bar side of the feed speaks for itself.

One Year In

Our first anniversary was a full-house crew photo. Here is to many more years on North 9th.
